💨 Abstract
Belgian lawyer Paul Powlesland argued cycling no handed wasn't an illegal offense despite a fire from a police officer for the crime of careless and inconsiderate cycling. He corrected her that bike thefts and phone snatching were neglected by the authorities. The police statement suggested they used section 29 of the Road Traffic Act 1988, as opposed to the Human Rights Act.
