💨 Abstract
A former employee, Meghan Reynolds, defrauded her employer CSL Power Systems of £78,000 over 16 months. She used company cards for personal purchases and created a "network of dishonesty" to conceal her actions. Despite her crimes, Reynolds was spared jail due to being the primary caregiver of her two children. She was given a suspended sentence and community service.
