💨 Abstract
The UK's climate is rapidly changing, with extreme weather and higher temperatures becoming common. The Met Office reports that sea levels have risen faster than the global average, and wildlife behaviors are shifting. Despite gloomy summers like 2024, overall, hot days are increasingly frequent, while cold days are less likely. The UK has warmed at a rate of 0.25°C per decade and is now 1.24°C
