💨 Abstract
Seven police officers in Haverhill, Massachusetts, are under investigation after a man, Francis Gigliotti, died following their restraint. Gigliotti, who was reportedly having a mental health crisis, was seen on CCTV falling and hitting his head. Witnesses claimed excessive force was used by the officers, who were not wearing body cameras. Gigliotti's fiancée, Michele Rooney, stated he was unarmed and screamed for help.
