💨 Abstract
Today is National Orgasm Day, and research suggests that frequent ejaculation may reduce the risk of prostate cancer in men. Studies indicate that ejaculating 21 times a month can lower the likelihood of the disease by 20%. This finding is supported by research from the European Urology journal, which followed 32,000 men over 18 years. Experts theorize that ejaculation might protect the prostate by flushing out harmful chemicals.
