💨 Abstract
Baltic Wharf Caravan and Motorhome Club campsite in Bristol closed after nearly 50 years. The 56-pitch site, loved for its views and location, had high praise on TripAdvisor. The closure was due to the end of the club's lease, prompting sadness among visitors and environmental concerns from locals. The land will be redeveloped into 166 flats. Protests occurred over the planned felling of 70 mature trees.
