💨 Abstract

A young mother experienced severe birth trauma after being denied an elective C-section due to her age, despite medical concerns about her baby's size. During labor, complications from an unaddressed infection led to emergency sepsis, only prevented by a last-minute C-section. Post-delivery, she faced neglect, inadequate pain management, and poor aftercare. The experience left her with lasting physical and mental health issues, along with feelings of guilt and trauma.
