The attack occurred at a nearby property around 7:15 PM on Saturday, with the suspect described as a white man in his 30s with short hair, wearing dark clothing. Police released CCTV footage and urged anyone with information to come forward. West Midlands Police are treating the case as a priority, with increased community engagement and forensic investigations underway.
