💨 Abstract
A man in his fifties experienced a stroke and high blood pressure due to consuming eight energy drinks daily, each containing 160mg of caffeine. After quitting, his blood pressure normalized, and he stopped medication. Doctors linked his condition to excessive caffeine and other ingredients in energy drinks, which can also contain high sugar levels. The UK has considered banning energy drink sales to children under 16 due to health concerns. Experts suggest increased regulation to protect cardiovascular health.
