💨 Abstract
The BBC has apologized for not investigating allegations about Scott Mills, a former Radio 2 presenter, who was fired over misconduct claims. The BBC was informed about alleged inappropriate communications involving Mills in May 2025 but did not follow up. Mills was previously questioned in 2016 over serious sexual offense allegations involving a teenage boy. The BBC urges anyone with information to come forward.
