A one-month-old girl in Arunachal Pradesh was treated for retinopathy of prematurity plus disease, a first in the state. The surgery was performed by doctors at the Tomo Riba Institute of Health and Medical Sciences using intravitreal anti-VEGF under topical anesthesia.
