💨 Abstract
The Delhi High Court has ruled that consent to sexual activity does not permit the recording and sharing of private moments on social media. The court dismissed a rape accused's bail application, stating that even consensual initial sexual encounters do not justify subsequent acts based on coercion and blackmail. The court also rejected arguments that the complainant's marital status or profession could diminish the gravity of the offenses.
