💨 Abstract
Indian Customs seized a Pakistani artist's painting worth Rs 5.5 lakh, imported via London, following a recent import ban due to heightened tensions post the 2025 Pahalgam terror attack. The art was flagged amid other recent cases of similar restitutions while increasingly stringent regulations due to previous terror strikes in 2019. The seized art was detected during routine screenings at IGI airport.
