💨 Abstract
PDP chief Mehbooba Mufti appealed to the Indian government to declare shelling-affected areas in Jammu and Kashmir as "war-impacted zones" and grant martyr status to those killed in the cross-border skirmishes. After visiting the affected regions, she highlighted widespread destruction, homelessness, and lack of government support. She demanded ₹50 lakh for rebuilding homes, martyr status for victims, and job provisions for their families.
