💨 Abstract
The Delhi High Court ruled that a man's extramarital affair does not constitute cruelty or abetment of suicide unless it is proven to have harassed or tormented the wife. Justice Sanjeev Narula granted bail to a man arrested for dowry death and abetment of suicide due to the lack of evidence linking the alleged affair to dowry demands or harassment.
