💨 Abstract
A Kerala court sentenced Cadell Jeanson Raja to life imprisonment for killing four family members, including his parents and sister, eight years ago. The Thiruvananthapuram Additional Sessions Court-VI rejected the prosecution's request for the death penalty. Raja received life sentences for each murder, to be served concurrently, and additional jail time for arson and destruction of evidence. He must serve 12 years before starting his life sentences and pay a Rs 15 lakh fine.
