💨 Abstract
The Supreme Court of India admonished Madhya Pradesh's Tribal Affairs Minister, Mr. Shah, for his controversial comments about Col Qureshi, which led to an FIR. The court emphasized the need for ministers to speak responsibly, especially in sensitive times. Shah's comments, widely condemned, led the Madhya Pradesh High Court to direct police to file the FIR. The court will further hear Shah’s plea regarding the matter on 16th of May.
