💨 Abstract
On May 20, the Delhi High Court questioned five individuals arrested for a 2023 Parliament security breach on choosing December 13, the anniversary of the 2001 Parliament terror attack, to protest. The court heard bail pleas from Neelam Azad and Mahesh Kumawat, while questioning the motives of others for chancing this date in the symbolic heart of India's democracy during a moment of tribute.
