💨 Abstract
Kerala Police have filed a non-bailable case under Section 152 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita against Malayalam television personality Akhil Marar for allegedly making anti-national remarks in a now-deleted social media video. The case was registered based on a complaint by a local BJP leader, Anish Kizhakkekkara, who claimed the video contained statements against the nation.
