Two women, Madhu (20) and Bharti (19), were killed when their motorcycle was hit by a car on the under-construction Mathura-Bareilly highway in Hathras, Uttar Pradesh. The incident occurred around 8 pm on Tuesday as they were returning from the market. The motorcyclist, Vimal, was seriously injured and hospitalized. Police have seized the car and are searching for the driver.
