đź’¨ Abstract
A federal judge ruled that detained activist Mahmoud Khalil, a pro-Palestinian Columbia University student, must be allowed to meet with his wife, Noel Abdullah, and his lawyers. Khalil, arrested in March, is seeking to prevent his deportation following his participation in pro-Palestinian protests. The judge's order came after ICE denied Abdullah's request to visit Khalil and see their newborn son.
