đź’¨ Abstract
On Tuesday, the Estonian Navy attempted to detain the Russia-bound oil tanker "Jaguar," which was under British sanctions and sailing without a flag. The ship, part of Russia's "shadow fleet" used to evade international sanctions, refused cooperation. Instead of boarding, Estonia escorted it to Russian waters. The "Jaguar" was later found anchored near Primorsk, Russia, under the flag of Gabon.
