💨 Abstract
An Israeli airstrike in Gaza killed Palestinian journalist Hassan Aslih, who was accused of working with Hamas and documenting their October 7, 2023 attack on Israel. Aslih was recovering in Nasser Hospital from a previous strike. Later, nine missiles hit the Gaza European Hospital, killing six and wounding 40. Israel claimed it targeted a Hamas command center, while Gaza officials accused Israel of deliberately targeting journalists.
