💨 Abstract
Over 50 people died in recent military clashes between Pakistan and India, which ended in a ceasefire. The conflict started after India retaliated for an attack on tourists by targeting alleged terrorist sites in Pakistan. Both sides blamed the other for civilian and military casualties. A ceasefire was agreed on Saturday following diplomatic efforts, including pressure from the United States. India's Prime Minister Narendra Modi warned Pakistan of further strikes if attacks on India resumed.
