💨 Abstract
Poland has uncovered potential foreign interference in its upcoming presidential election through Facebook ads. The NASK Disinformation Analysis Center identified ads that may have been financed from abroad, targeting candidates Rafal Trzaskowski, Karol Nawrocki, and Slawomir Mentzen. The ads, which spent significantly more than any election committee, could aim to destabilize the election. Poland, a key supporter of Ukraine, is on high alert for Russian interference.
