💨 Abstract
A Russian attack in Kharkiv, Ukraine, injured at least 21 people, including a child, on Tuesday. The attack damaged infrastructure and likely targeted a civilian production facility, causing a fire. Seventeen people were hospitalized. Kharkiv, near the Russian border, has been frequently targeted since the full-scale invasion in February 2022. Last week, a Russian attack hit a five-story apartment block, injuring 10 people.
