💨 Abstract

The visit was part of a U.S. push to increase the aid getting to civilians in Gaza amid warnings of imminent famine. A shipment from Jordan was attacked by Israeli settlers and diverted by Palestinian militants. The same aid convoy was transferred to a humanitarian aid group to be distributed inside Gaza.
