The U.S. Justice Department announced it foiled a planned ISIS-inspired attack on New Year’s Eve by an 18-year-old from North Carolina. Christan Sturdivant was charged with supporting a foreign terrorist organization. FBI agents found a document detailing plans to stab up to 20 people and attack police. Sturdivant has not yet entered a plea.
