💨 Abstract
The South African Reserve Bank (SARB) will be closed for trading and settlement on public holidays during the 2025/2026 festive season. No transactions will be processed via the SAMOS system on these days. The foreign exchange desk will close early on December 24 and 31, 2025, while domestic money market operations will continue as usual.
