Varun Beverages Ltd, PepsiCo's largest bottler outside the U.S., plans to acquire South African beverage company Twizza. The deal, expected to close by June 2026, will expand Varun's presence in South Africa, giving it control over Twizza's manufacturing operations in Cape Town, Queenstown, and Middelburg.
