💨 Abstract

Five affluent countries—Australia, Saudi Arabia, Holland, Namibia, and Botswana—are actively recruiting South Africans for high-level jobs due to their skills, education, and work ethic. International job ads targeting South Africans have surged by 37.5% from 2021 to 2025. Australia leads in targeting South Africans, followed by Saudi Arabia and Holland.
