💨 Abstract
The Minister of the Presidency, Khumbudzo Ntshavheni, has warned against shopping at unregistered spaza shops due to a recent spate of accidental poisonings. Some of these shops are allegedly run by foreigners and sell substandard items. A case of suspected food poisoning at Makahlule Primary School in Malamulele, Limpopo, and previous incidents in Soweto and Mdantsane, have raised concerns.
