💨 Abstract

An old viral clip of Mmusi Maimane, showcasing his kwaito music career, features him rapping and dancing on a SABC 1 dance show. Maimane, who went by his stage name Aloysia, has since transitioned from music into politics, preachery, and academia. He led the Democratic Alliance, founded the One South Africa Movement, and established the Build One South Africa (BOSA) party.
