Bobby, a formerly neglected and emaciated dog, has found a loving home after being adopted from an SPCA branch in Boksburg. Her story highlighted online animal cruelty, including the social media influencer who shared her poor condition. The SPCA is concerned about the increasing trend of animals being abused for online content and encourages reporting such incidents.
