Convicted criminal Thabo Bester, known for rape, murder, and fraud, has been transferred to eBongweni Super Maximum Correctional Facility in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa's toughest prison. The move, deemed routine by the Department of Correctional Services, aims to ensure safety and security. eBongweni houses high-risk offenders and features strict conditions, including solitary confinement for up to 23 hours a day and limited outdoor activity.
