South Africa faces a high unemployment rate, with one in three adults jobless. Minister for Employment and Labour, Nomakhosazana Meth, highlights a severe skills mismatch and urges school and university leavers to consider high-demand jobs. The country needs to fill 350 occupations across seven categories: Medical Specialists, IT, Engineering, Financial Sector, Education & Research, Environmental Planning, and Technical & Trade.
