💨 Abstract
Cape Town is introducing a new digital learner’s licence testing system in its driving licence centres. This computerised system, replacing the manual booklet-based tests, will be implemented across 18 centres by mid-February 2026. The first centres to go live are Brackenfell and Elsies River on December 15, 2025.
