The FlySafair pilot strike in South Africa has officially ended after several weeks of negotiations facilitated by the CCMA, making it the longest in the country's aviation history. Key resolutions include a new fixed shift roster and annual salary increases of 6% to 6.9% over the next four years, down from an initial 10% demand.
