💨 Abstract
Learner drivers in the Western Cape can now take their Learner’s Licence test on touchscreen terminals, replacing the traditional booklet-based exam. This new Computerised Learner’s Licence Testing (CLLT) system, launched in May 2025, is being rolled out in phases across the City of Cape Town’s Driving Licence Testing Centres (DLTCs).
