💨 Abstract
A Namibian journalist, Jemima Beukes, was forcibly removed from State House after questioning President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah about alleged family involvement in the country’s oil industry. Beukes, founder of The Whistle, was attending a cabinet opening when she asked the president about these claims during a photo break. Security personnel escorted her out and confiscated her recording device.
