đź’¨ Abstract
The Pretoria High Court rejected an application by businessman Kishene Chetty to combine his corruption charges into one case. Chetty, along with co-accused Harry Milanzi and Ravin Ramlall, faces multiple charges including fraud, forgery, and money laundering. The National Prosecuting Authority's IDAC unit opposed the combination, citing procedural issues and the attempt to introduce new evidence. The court ruled against Chetty, ordering him to pay legal fees.
