💨 Abstract
Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) leader Julius Malema was found guilty on multiple charges, including the unlawful discharge of a firearm and endangering lives, following a lengthy court case. The incident occurred during the EFF’s fifth birthday celebrations in July 2018. Malema's former security boss, Adriaan Snyman, was acquitted. The EFF plans to appeal the ruling, dismissing the case as politically and racially motivated.
