đź’¨ Abstract
President Cyril Ramaphosa has reaffirmed South Africa's permanent membership in the G20, following U.S. President Donald Trump's suggestion that South Africa might be excluded from the 2026 G20 Summit in Miami. Ramaphosa emphasized that South Africa's participation is not dependent on invitations from any member country, highlighting its founding status and role as the sole African representative in the G20.
