đź’¨ Abstract
The Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) in South Africa have pledged to prevent Elon Musk's Starlink from operating in the country. Musk has accused South Africa of racial discrimination, claiming he can't launch Starlink because he is not black. The EFF counters that Musk refuses to comply with local laws, such as requiring 30% local ownership in the ICT sector.
