💨 Abstract
A 43-year-old Zimbabwean man, Edward Chitaizvi, was arrested in Waterval with 580 passports from Zimbabwe, Mozambique, and Malawi, along with R147,000 in cash. He appeared in the Belfast Magistrate’s Court, facing charges of fraud, money laundering, and violating the Immigration Act. Authorities suspect he planned to illegally stamp the passports and that the cash was for a bribe.
