💨 Abstract
Former acting CEO of the South African Football Association (SAFA), Russell Patrick Paul, was granted R10,000 bail in connection with the Danny Jordaan fraud case. Paul, 64, faces charges of fraud and conspiracy to commit fraud or theft, allegedly involving the misuse of R1.3 million in SAFA funds. He is accused of conspiring with others to backdate a contract with Grit Communications and authorize unauthorized payments.
