💨 Abstract
Starting February 25 next year, the UK will enforce its Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) system for all visa-free country travelers. This digital approval is mandatory for entry and connecting flights through UK airports. Airlines will verify ETA approval before boarding. The ETA aims to enhance pre-arrival screening and streamline border processing. South Africans, who need visas, are unaffected, but dual passport holders from visa-free countries will need an ETA.
