💨 Abstract
In the UK, 45% of adults are making small changes to their daily routines to break away from "autopilot." These tweaks include adding morning walks, savoring coffee breaks, and incorporating mindfulness. The effort to elevate daily routines helps reduce stress and improve overall wellbeing. A majority of these rituals occur in the morning, with 74% believing that small daily habits can have long-term impacts on their wellbeing.
