💨 Abstract
A study by West Virginia University found vaping to be more addictive than nicotine gum among young people. E-cigarettes, initially designed to help smokers quit, have become an addiction for non-smokers. The study showed that vapers reported lower cravings and higher satisfaction compared to gum users. The British government plans to ban disposable vapes and impose taxes on e-cigarettes to curb youth vaping, with new regulations expected by 2025.
