💨 Abstract
There are two types of obesity: "pre-clinical," where excess weight doesn't impact health, and "clinical," where it does. Clinical obesity is marked by issues like persistent joint pain, shortness of breath during mild activities, and sleep apnea. Traditional BMI measurements are being supplemented with assessments of how weight affects daily life and long-term health.
